ACPV celebrates the topping out of Building D, the second office complex to be completed in the Symbiosis business district of Covivio, in Milan, Italy. Soon after the completion of the adjacent NEXXT Fastweb Headquarters by ACPV, the new building will redefine the idea of workspace as a place that can adapt to employees’ personal and professional needs. As a highly energy-efficient building designed with social sustainability in mind, Building D is a timely response to the major developments currently underway in the south of Milan.

We believe it is essential to transform these spaces in order to give new layers of identity to these urban spaces with a revamped retail concept. ACPV COMPLETES TAIWAN RESIDENTIAL TOWER WITH HONEYCOMB FAÇADE

Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel has completed residential tower La Bella Vita in the fast-growing 7th District of Taichung, Taiwan. The 128-meter-high tower aims to integrate the character and identity of nearby Charlotte Park, while fostering a dynamic relationship with the surrounding urban context. Located in close proximity to several department stores, civic buildings and cultural venues, the 33,000-sqm high-rise creates a new residential community in the commercial heart of the city, and activates the street level areas with a series of retail spaces.

We are pleased to announce the merge of our two legal entities, with Citterio-Viel & Partners Interiors S.r.l. merging into Citterio-Viel & Partners S.r.l. – positioning ACPV at first place among Italy-based architecture and design firms for 2019 earnings. The consolidation of administrative operations is a result of the reunification of ACPV’s two-fold spirit that now brings architecture and interior design ever so close – enhancing the synergies between the two complementary strands of work.

The renovation of San Babila Business Center, of Galleria San Carlo, and of Galleria Passarella 2, in the heart of Milan’s historic center transforms a 21,000 sqm (GLA – Gross Leasable Area) block of buildings designed in the Fifties into a flexible and sustainable space. The project takes a careful approach to the conservation of the buildings’ original details, while elevating their character and elegantly integrating the architecture in the surrounding urban context.
'ARTE' COMPLETES ON SUNNY OCEANFRONT OF SURFSIDE-MIAMI, FLORIDA

Arte is a collection of 16 luxury residences on the sunny oceanfront of Surfside-Miami, Florida. Its architecture addresses the urban streetscape–the leisurely character of hospitality and residential buildings along Collins Avenue–and the building’s exposure to the beach on the east side. Protective yet fragile in nature, the architecture of the residences celebrate outdoor living in a uniquely Italian fashion.
ACPV ARCHITECT MASSIMO FRIGERIO, CELEBRATING HIS THESIS PRESENTATION WITH ACPV PARTNER SARA BUSNELLI, WHO GAVE LECTURES ON ARCHITECTS’ ROLE IN COMBATTING CLIMATE CHANGE AT THE INTERDISCIPLINARY APPROACHES TO CLIMATE CHANGE MASTER COURSE.
KNOWLEDGE OF THE CAUSES, IMPACTS AND RISKS OF CLIMATE CHANGE HAS LONG BEEN AT THE CENTER OF OUR DESIGN APPROACH. IT HELPS US FORMULATE BETTER-INFORMED STRATEGIES TO REDUCE HARMFUL ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACTS, AND REGENERATE THE BUILT ENVIRONMENT WITH RESILIENT AND LIVABLE BUILDINGS AND SPACES.
