Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel (ACPV), an international cross-disciplinary architecture and interior design practice based in Milan, Italy, is looking for a Junior Business Controller (Business Control and Administration Support role) to join its team in Milan.

This role is integrated in the Business Administration, Finance and Accounting department.

Role

  • Support in the activities of the Planning and Control cycle, through the preparation of the budget, the closure of the company’s economic and management budgets and the preparation of forecasts.
  • Support in performance measurement and in monitoring the company’s main KPIs.
  • Participation in the digital transformation process of the Management Planning and Control processes.
  • Support in the definition and implementation of business development initiatives and strategies.
  • Support in the accounting activity.

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate has a degree in business administration or economics, and has gained at least 1 year of experience in the management control of structured business contexts.
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office software package is required, in particular Excel and Powerpoint, and a good command of the English language.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR

Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel (ACPV), an international cross-disciplinary architecture and interior design practice based in Milan, Italy, is seeking a Business Development Coordinator (a newly established position) to join our expanding Business Development team.

The Business Development Coordinator (BDC) will play an important part in the success of our business, supporting our senior partners in the gathering of intelligence and provision of data to develop our understanding of our existing and prospective clients’ needs.

The BDC must understand local and international markets and needs, define the best positioning and commercial action plan to implement the business development activities in Italy and abroad.

The BDC will have a strong working relationship to the Business Development team, composed of marketing, bidding and fee proposal specialists. A background in Architecture, or within the construction industry, is a plus.

Primary areas of responsibility:

  • Identify and map business strengths and customer needs
  • Identify and increase public and private clients’ base
  • Undertake research projects specific to geographical markets, sectors and client groups
  • Gather useful information from customers and competitors
  • Develop and maintain a network of contacts across clients, consultants and specialists

PROPOSAL COORDINATOR

Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel (ACPV), an international cross-disciplinary architecture and interior design practice based in Milan, Italy, is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to join our expanding Business Development team, composed of marketing and bidding specialists.

The Proposal Coordinator will be involved in all steps from the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) and proposal submission to interview/presentation preparation and debrief sessions. He/she will provide consistency through the process, responsible for sharing lessons learnt and driving continuous improvement in our process and bidding efforts.

The Proposal Coordinator will manage inputs from Subject Matter Experts, plan and edit answers, and drive progress through to successful submission. He/she will be the main point of contact for bids that he/she leads and will work in partnership with the bid team to deliver winning bids.

A background in Architecture, or within the construction industry, is a plus.

Primary areas of responsibility:

  • Supporting the new business team in appraising and responding to new project enquiries
  • Developing and managing the bid/PQQ/ITT program and progress
  • Researching and using existing internal & external data sources in bids

ACPV is looking for an Architect to be included in our BIM department as BIM Coordinator.

The successful candidate will support the team by:

  • BIM Project Setup and Maintenance according to Company Standards.
  • BIM Coordination and daily management of BIM projects data sets/workflows.
  • Maintenance project BIM execution plans and technical documentation.
  • Run BIM Coordination Meetings between different project consultants.
  • Establish BIM Coordination workshops and report progress at the Project Design Team meetings.
  • Creation and maintenance of Complex Parametric Revit Families.
  • To produce and maintain Dynamo Scripts to improve design workflows.
  • Provide one-to-one training on ‘Best Practice’ workflows to project teams.
